Manchego hails from milk of the Manchega sheep, grazing the valleys of central Spain. This semi-hard cheese is identified by its distinctive herringbone rind and sweet savour. A very versatile cheese, Manchego can be eaten on its own or paired with fruits, nuts, crackers, crusty bread, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and membrillo.
