Butifarra originates in Catalunya in eastern Spain. Unlike chorizo sausages, Tierra de Espana’s Butifarra has no smoky red paprika and is flavored with select spices. It is best grilled over charcoal or over a cast iron pan and enjoyed with warm crusty bread or white beans as an appetizer or light meal.
